ArcSight User Conference - Entry 1

I’ll be posting my notes and comments from this years ArcSight User Conference Notes over a few blog entries this week.
This is the first entry:  Major ArcSight Organizational announcements

Today ArcSight Announced in the SEC 8K Filing that CEO and Chairman Robert Shaw will be stepping down from his CEO duties and that current President Tom Reilly will assume CEO duties.

Robert will maintain his leadership and continue to extend his influence and guidance to ArcSight through his role on the Board of Directors.  Robert has built ArcSight into a major security player.  On a personal level I hope this allows Robert to spend some well deserved time with family!
